A $2 million loan fund that can support working capital, business purchases, equipment, inventory, tenant improvements, business construction, real estate acquisitions for businesses located within the City of Morgan Hill.  The City of Morgan Hill  has partnered with the National Development Council to manage the Grow Morgan Hill Fund.  NDC does all of the loan origination and underwriting on the behalf of the City.  The Grow Morgan Hill fund started with an initial investment by the City.  Through NDC efforts the initial seed funding has been leveraged into a $2 million loan program supporting Morgan Hill businesses.

Do I Qualify?

Eligibility Requirements for Grow Morgan Hill Fund:

Existing businesses in operation for at least 2 years
Business located in Morgan Hill
Businesses with 2 - 100 employees
Businesses with revenues generally between $250,000 and $20 million

How to Apply

Please contact Andria Martinez with the National Development Council for an application.  Andria is the loan officer for the Grow Morgan Hill fund and will do all the due diligence and underwriting for all applications.

Application Fees

- No application fees

-Loan fees include SBA guarantee fee of 2-3%, and 1% deposit paid at commitment letter signing for appraisal, legal, and other costs incurred prior to closing
